Cailey’s journey within the property industry is both driven and highly accomplished, built on years of hands-on experience across multiple sectors of the market. Originally from South Africa, Cailey relocated to the UK in 2009, bringing with her a strong work ethic and a natural passion for property and client service.

She began her career in 2016 within an independent estate agency as a Property Administrator, where she quickly developed a solid foundation in the operational and compliance aspects of the industry. Through dedication, consistency, and a clear commitment to professional growth, Cailey progressed through a variety of roles, gaining experience across both independent and corporate estate agencies. This dual exposure has given her a well-rounded understanding of the industry combining the personalised service of independent agencies with the structure, systems, and scale of corporate firms.

Her progression ultimately led to her role as a Lettings Manager, where she was responsible for overseeing a substantial portfolio of over 450 properties. In this position, Cailey developed extensive expertise in property management, landlord relations, compliance, and team leadership, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants.

At just 26, Cailey reached a significant milestone in her career by co-founding Brown & Hart Sales & Lettings in 2024 alongside business partner Nathan Brown. The agency was built on a clear vision: to combine industry expertise with a more personal, transparent, and client-focused approach to property.

Cailey’s in-depth knowledge of both lettings and sales, combined with her experience across different agency models, allows her to offer clients informed, strategic advice tailored to their individual circumstances. She is known for her attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to guide clients confidently through every stage of the property process.
